Sensex Closes 324 Points Lower, Nifty Settles At 11,642

Top laggards on the 30-scrip Sensex were Tata Motors, Coal India, SBI, Maruti Suzuki, Vedanta and Tata Steel, settling between 1.34and 2.89 per cent.
